Documents Required to Open a One-Person Company (OPC) in India.
For the Director:

9. Registered Office Address Proof: Documents verifying the registered office address are required. This can include:
- Sale deed, rental agreement, or lease agreement of the registered office premises.
- Copies of utility bills (electricity bill, telephone bill, or gas bill) in the name of the owner with the address.
Company-Related Documents:
10. Memorandum of Association (MOA): The MOA defines the company's objectives and activities. It should be drafted and submitted as part of the incorporation process.
11. Articles of Association (AOA): The AOA contains the internal rules and regulations governing the company. It should be drafted and submitted as part of the incorporation process.
Additional Information:
12. Director's Consent: A consent form (Form INC-3) signed by the proposed director, confirming their willingness to act as the director.
13. Nominee Director's Consent: A consent form (Form INC-3) signed by the nominee director, confirming their willingness to act as the nominee director.
14. Declaration of Nominee: A declaration from the nominee director in Form INC-3 stating that they are willing to be appointed as the nominee director in case the original director becomes incapacitated.
