The authority that governs India Organic certification

The NPOP which is part of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry oversees organic farming certification in India. Testing centers certified by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority under the Government of India's National Program for Organic Production issue the certification.
