Every registered Indian company can save records with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The records that are saved are accurately documented for future reference. The records that have been updated can be changed and edited by filing an appropriate e-Form. The business community can file statutory documents with the MCA which ensures down to business and efficient adherence to pertinent laws and corporate governance.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is responsible for enforcing the Companies Act 2013, the Companies Act 1956, the Competition Act, 2002, the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and other allied Acts. It also enforces the rules and regulations framed, with the goal of regulating the corporate sector's operation in accordance with the law.
MCA21 is an MCA e-Governance program that provides corporate entities with fast and secure access to MCA services. The MCA21 program is designed to fully automate the enforcement and compliance with the legal requirements of the Companies Act of 1956, the New Companies Act of 2013, and the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008.
The MCA21 application allows the business community to form a company and file statutory documents quickly and easily. It ensures proactive and effective adherence to applicable laws and corporate governance.
