The due date for filing GSTR-8 is typically the 10th of the following month.

3. Details of TCS Collected:

GSTR-8 requires e-commerce operators to provide details of TCS collected from sellers for goods or services supplied through their platform.

4. Supplier-wise Details:

E-commerce operators must furnish supplier-wise details of TCS collected, including the GSTIN of the supplier, invoice details, and the amount of TCS collected.

6. Verification and Declaration:

E-commerce operators verify the correctness of the details provided in GSTR-8 and make a declaration regarding the accuracy of the information furnished.

 Key Sections in GSTR-8:

Part A: Basic details such as GSTIN, legal name, and trade name (if any) of the e-commerce operator.

Part B: Details of TCS collected, including supplier-wise details such as invoice number, date, and amount of TCS collected.

Part C: Details of TCS liability for the month.

Part D: Verification and declaration by the e-commerce operator regarding the correctness of the information provided.
